I am going to try and restart this book list after noticing a similar idea popped up over at NaylandBlake.net. Let me see how long I can keep this up-to-date, as a book list takes a bit of work to gather images and links. Anyway, here goes…

Very interesting and a unique, dynamic look at history as well.

A bit disappointing overall for my needs, but good information while being a bit dated.

A MUST HAVE for anyone that is an African cultural historian.

Excellent read, includes information about Broward Cultural Division.

Good read, although I think this was a bit off target for what I was looking for.

This has turned out to be one of the best of the current lot of books. Key information, yet a few years away from publication makes it a tad bit behind current trends. However, because ideas are more generalized, and numerous charts and stats, it might be a bit easier to locate more current data on the web.

Only familiar with some of Pope.L’s work, this catalogue was excellent as a way to more fully grasp the complexity of the man and his work.
