Watching the Evil Human

There are a number of tortoises and burrows in the area (where this picture was taken, the Savannas, St. Lucie, Co., FL.). They know all about the evil humans and stay clear of them by keeping a watchful eye on any that might invade their habitat.

Went to St. Lucie Lock, part of the waterway going from the Atlantic to, Lake Okeechobee, to the Gulf of Mexico. While grading student work I sometimes find little gems. Although this image was not done correctly, it is beautiful. The assignment was to copy the work of a Master photographer as closely as possible. This work is after Linda McCartney.
