Emotions running on a roller coaster seems to be the way things will be for a while. I know when things a bad for me, I don’t sleep well. I’ve slept well except a few nights during the past two months. That was the evening I got my FAU letter thanking me for 3 years of teaching only it had been 7 years, a very significant difference. I was feeling resentful more than anything. I’m over it.

I found a bunch of Vermont College alumni on Facebook today. I didn’t know they had a FB group page but, joined it today. Some of them sent some nice messages.
