Philly Firefighters

I’m back in S. Florida now, in my class, tired as hell, but safe and sound. I can now cross three more states off of my visited list: Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia. I went to Delaware and South Carlina as a kid. It was my first time back in Jacksonville since the early 80s when I was racing bicycles.

When I first arrived on Saturday morning, I was trying to find the hotel and was on the wrong side of city hall. I had to ask the firefighters about the street I was looking for as it wasn’t far from downtown.
