Driving home from the univ. is a trying affair on I95 so, I often drive surface streets. I don’t drive US1 because it has too many stop lights. Instead I use Dixie Hwy. (formerly a major road). It passes the backside (away from the ocean) of the airfield used by the Goodyear blimp. I don’t see it very often but, today I did.
When I lived in Calif. I lived near the Goodyear blimp in Carson, Calif. (south of L.A.).
Speaking of Calif… there’s a major int’l bicycle race going on there. The official website has awesome video clips in case you’ve never seen bicycle racing. Being on the bike, even though a lot of work, is exhilarating!
